Rather than responding to the bids of others, you are invited to submit the amount that genuinely reflects what this piece means to you. Every bid remains completely confidential throughout the bidding period, allowing the final outcome to be guided by authentic appreciation rather than competition.

The successful collector will be contacted privately after the bidding period has closed.

Supporting Medicine Festival

50% of the winning bid will be donated to Medicine Festival's non-profit initiatives, supporting charitable projects, environmental regeneration, and local equity programs.

Every pound of festival profit is directed toward empowering Indigenous communities to preserve and protect their lands, traditions, cultures, and wisdom. Medicine Festival exists to inspire and empower the deep regeneration of our hearts, our communities, and our world.

Sealed Bid Terms

  • Bidding opens: Wednesday, 8 July 2026 at 12:30 pm PDT (Vancouver) / 8:30 pm BST (UK)

  • Bidding closes: Monday, 17 August 2026 at 12:30 pm BST (UK) / 4:30 am PDT (Vancouver)

  • All bids are submitted in confidence and remain confidential throughout the bidding period.

  • Collectors may submit multiple bids during the bidding period. Only the highest bid from each collector will be considered.

  • The highest valid bid received before the closing time will become the successful bid.

  • The successful collector will be notified by email within 24 hours of the bidding closing.

  • Payment in full is required within 48 hours of notification.

  • If payment is not received within 48 hours, the opportunity to purchase the artwork may be offered to the next highest bidder.

  • All bids must be submitted in British Pounds (GBP). The winning bid payment invoice can be paid in your currency of choice.

  • The successful collector is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other taxes imposed by their destination country.

  • International shipping is available. Shipping, insurance, and any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the collector unless otherwise stated.

  • By submitting a bid, the collector acknowledges that, if their bid is successful, it constitutes a binding offer to purchase the artwork in accordance with these terms.

  • Once payment has been received and the charitable donation to Medicine Festival has been made, the sale is final.

  • The artwork will be shipped or made available for collection once full payment has been received.

After the Bidding Closes

Following the close of bidding, the successful collector will be contacted privately by email.

To honour the generosity of all participants and the charitable purpose of this offering, the final winning bid amount will be shared publicly. The identity of the successful collector will remain confidential unless they choose to share it themselves.

International shipping is available from UK or CANADA

For Medicine Festival attendees: the painting may be collected in person after the festival concludes at 12:30 pm on Monday, 17 August 2026.
