“Can I Use Autumn Skye’s Artwork?”

Please respect the dedication of Autumn Skye to her artwork, and consider Copyright Laws before using images or writing.

PLEASE HONOUR THE SOURCE OF THE IMAGES BY RESPECTING THESE GUIDELINES:

LIMITED USE ON A WEBSITE:

You are permitted to use ONE image on your personal (non-commercial) website as long as a link to www.autumnskyeart.com is visible WITH the image.

*Images may not be used on web sites deemed inappropriate.

*Images may not be modified, coloured, animated, adapted, collaged, or altered in any way.

AVATAR/ PROFILE-PICTURE/ instagram/ FB / pinterest :

You are welcome to use images in this way, but must have the AutumnSkye’s website clearly visible in description. Use in any commercial pages or groups is NOT permitted without permission (licensing fee may be required)

WORKSHOP OR LECTURE

You may use images by Autumn Skye in your workshop, lecture, or “Power Point” presentation, as long as you provide a credit the artist and give the website “autumnskyeart.com” while the artwork is displayed.

NO permission for presentations to be offered for sale or posted to the internet. Images may be copied from a book or internet but may only be used for the purpose of the lecture or workshop. Fliers, physical print-outs or reproductions of any kind are NOT permitted.

TATTOOS:

For no fee, you may have a tattoo made from Autumn Skye’s art. Please Send a good quality photo of the finished tattoo with your name to autumnskyemorrison@gmail.com (work in progress photo also requested but optional).

MAGAZINES, BOOKS, etc:

If art is intended to accompany an interview or article featuring or discussing Autumn Skye’s artwork, jpegs will be provided and the use is free.

PUBLICATIONS FOR SALE:

Autumn Skye offers usage of her artwork (an existing painting) for CDs, book covers, and product labels, for a $500-2000+ licensing fee; depending on the edition printing quantity and the scope/reach of the product. Please email autumnskyemorrison@gmail.com to enquire about usage options.

*Regardless of licensing agreement, a credit/link must always be included with each image used.

EVENT PROMOTION:

For use in event production (fliers/posters, websites, event pages, tickets, etc) there is a $300-1000 licensing fee per image, depending on if the project is intended for profit, and what the scope and event capacity will be.

Permission usage is only for promotional material. Any printing or usage beyond that will need to be further negotiated and approved by Autumn Skye, and will not include any merchandise or products that are to be sold.

CUSTOM ARTWORK & COMMISSIONS:

At this time, Autumn Skye is generally NOT taking on custom work (portraits, tattoo designs, etc). However, if your project (book cover, CD, or major label branding) is inspiring to her and she can work with the timing and her availability, she is always open to exploring ideas. Please email autumnskyemorrison@gmail.com to discuss ideas. 

PERMISSION FOR USE IS NOT GRANTED FOR:

Autumn Skye does NOT grant permission of reproduction rights for the use of her art on material such as brochures, business cards, pamphlets, that promote a private practice of any kind, unless with written permission (licensing fee may be required).

Permission is not granted for reproduction rights for use in self-published books, workbooks or CD’s, without written permission (licensing fee may be required).

“Does Autumn Skye teach, tutor, or offer private classes/apprenticeship?”

***TYPICALLY…. Yes! Autumn Skye teaches at least once a year, and usually more frequently… (though currently due to COVID, all teaching is on hold)

Every year, in a new international location, with Bella Retreats, she teaches a 7-10 day Soul Portraits Retreat. Autumn Skye also teaches every couple years at CoSM in Upstate New York, at The Vienna Academy of Visionary Art in Austria, and at the Torri Superiore Summer Seminar in Italy.

Autumn Skye DOES NOT currently offer private lessons or apprenticeship.

She is presently in the early developmental stages of creating an ONLINE WORKSHOP SERIES. Stay tuned for exciting announcements about this in the coming year!
